Your Wildest 2026 Predictions
Elon Musk’s robots will put more than a million people out of work…
The Supreme Court will rule against Trump’s tariffs, causing global economic chaos…
The first commercial fusion power generator will go online, opening a new era in power production…
These ideas aren’t from our team — they’re from you!
Last week I asked you to share your 2026 prediction… and you did not disappoint. We received some wild ones!
I’ll highlight a few more from your fellow members below — as well as the thread all had in common.
But first, let’s reveal our Top 5 stories of 2025!
Your Top 5 Stories & Analysis of 2025:
2025 was a roller-coaster year on Wall Street, but our team’s issues and alerts helped guide you through every rise, dip, loop and turn.
So today, I’ve selected five of the most helpful stories we published over the past 12 months. They aren’t just our members’ favorites — they are also still very relevant today!
- “Venezuela: It’s Not About Drugs” (Paradigm Pressroom’s 5 Bullets, Dave Gonigam): The U.S. Navy is still parked off the coast of Venezuela… and the White House’s goals remain murky. But the United States has also started seizing Venezuelan oil tankers — which is a big clue that Dave was on to something back in November. Military action against the South American country remains on the table as we head into 2026. So I encourage you to review Dave’s thoughts about what happened the last time the U.S. government was in this position. It’s the best way to be prepared if history repeats itself!
- “The KGB Spy Who Predicted Our Future” (Daily Reckoning, Adam Sharp): The 2026 midterm elections are destined to be chaotic. But as Adam warned in one of his most-liked stories of 2025, that might actually be part of the plan. He introduces you to the high-ranking defector who revealed the Soviet’s goals for its Cold War rivals. Even after the Soviet Union fell apart, the seeds they planted have continued to bear fruit. Luckily, there is also some hope for the future. Adam’s insights may comfort you though the division and fear we’ll see as candidates hit the campaign trail.
- “Trump Decapitates the BLS” (Rude Awakening, Sean Ring): Donald Trump is determined to control the U.S. economy as best he can. And he made that clear when he fired the U.S. Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) over the summer. As Sean explained at the time, the agency had made many missteps, so cleaning house was long overdue. Now, as we head into 2026, Trump is preparing to nominate a new Federal Reserve Chairman. Sean’s well-liked story helps put the president’s mindset into perspective.
- “AVAV: The Pentagon’s Next Billion-Dollar Darling” (Altucher’s Investment Network, James Altucher): Over the past 12 months, our team correctly predicted that the U.S. government would throw money at companies like MP Materials (MP) and Intel Corp. (INTC). Then in October, James told his Investment Network members why AeroVironment Inc. (AVAV) could be next! His members-only analysis was very popular before I unlocked it for you. And since the White House hasn’t announced any investments in AVAV yet, you still have time to take advantage of this prediction!
- “A Political Tour De Force” (Jim Rickards’ Strategic Intelligence, Jim Rickards): Donald Trump was easily the biggest influence on stocks in 2025. And that was clear from his very first address to Congress, which Jim reviewed for his Strategic Intelligence It quickly became one of Jim’s most-liked articles of all time, which is why I initially unlocked it for you. Today it’s a great rundown of Trump’s promises, giving you an idea of how far we’ve come — and what’s left on the president’s to-do list as we move into the new year.
Remember, we published THOUSANDS of stories in 2025. The write-ups above are our TOP ones for the year — including two that had been roped off from the public. If you missed them the first time, they’re still very relevant… so make sure you catch up now.

The Water Cooler — Upcoming Events and More
I received a wide range of predictions from you and your fellow members.
Not surprisingly, many involved precious metals… and how high their prices could go.
“Gold will surpass $5,000,” says James R. “Silver will pass $90 an ounce by Dec. 31, 2026,” Philippe V. predicts.
$5,000–$6,000 was a popular price target for gold. David M. is a little more optimistic, expecting “gold to $7,750.”
Doug P. tops him by seeing gold “easily heading to $10,000 by year’s end.”
Leon D. is even more bullish, telling us “Gold to $15,000.”
The ranges for silver were more spread out.
“Silver to $200,” William L. opines. “Silver breaks through $200,” Doug T. agrees. Gordon F. thinks “silver will rise to at least $300.”
Not everyone was bullish, though.
“I think we could see gold dropping to $2,000 to $2,400,” says Theodore L. “Gold really has no utility value other than a hedge against fiat currencies.”
Theodore thinks more money will move into cryptocurrencies instead — a bullish stance shared by a few others.
“Bitcoin reaches an all-time high,” Kishor A. predicts. “TAO to $2,500,” adds Michael C.
There was much more disagreement about which way the major indexes will go.
“The S&P 500 will fall below 6,000,” says James R.
James L. counters, “The Dow index breaks 60,000.”
Everett L. foresees a “market crash in March.”
Dan W. thinks, “The stock market has overall gains of 30%.”
“Very strong first half for equities and commodities,” says Tim A., “but then a steep drop before end of year.”
“I think it will be a flat year with little upturns,” according to Ronald R.
Then there are the predictions that are hard to categorize…
“Optimus leaves 1 million people jobless,” Francisco L. predicts, referring to the human-like robots Elon Musk is building.
“Supreme Court rules that tariffs implemented by the Trump administration were not legal causing chaos in global markets,” says Alan Y.
“The EU (NATO) will drag the U.S. into war against Russia,” Martha W. predicts.
“The first commercial fusion power generating facility will be up and running by the end of 2026,” James S. foresees.
“At least one major U.S. city will file for bankruptcy,” Tyler L. tells us.
As I read through the forecasts, I couldn’t help but notice that all of the predictions I received had one thing in common…
They all predict a wild 2026.
And the Paradigm Press team will be here for you no matter what the New Year brings.
So I’ll leave the last word for Slawomir K., who predicts:
I believe that 2026 will be a great year with such a great team!
I completely agree, Slawomir!
On behalf of everyone at Paradigm Press, have a happy New Year!
